QSL cards

Now that I’m back on the air I need to get new QSL cards designed and printed as I no longer live in Paris, and my old card design sucked anyway. It was really bad. I drew it by mouse in MS Paint!

What are QSL cards?

QSL cards confirm either a two-way radiocommunication between two amateur radio stations or a one-way reception of a signal from an AM radio, FM radio, television or shortwave broadcasting station. They can also confirm the reception of a two-way radiocommunication by a third party listener. A typical QSL card is the same size and made from the same material as a typical postcard, and most are sent through the mail as such.

So watch this space for my new design. In the meantime I created this design from eQSL’s online QSL maker. It’s a stock photo from who knows where.

QSL card for VE3CNU

I found a pretty cool online QSL design and print firm at so I’ll probably go ahead and order some from them.
